• Empowerment and Upliftment -
  The Trust may aim to empower the Musahar-Bhuiyan community, which has historically faced marginalization, poverty, and social exclusion. Providing education, skill development, and economic opportunities to uplift the socio-economic status of marginalized communities.
• Social and Economic Equality -
  The trust may strive to promote social and economic equality by addressing issues like untouchability, caste-based discrimination, and landlessness, which have plagued the Musahar community.
• Sustainable Development -
  Fostering sustainable development by promoting environmental conservation, renewable energy, and eco-friendly practices.
• Social Welfare -
  Providing assistance for the relief and welfare of poor, needy, and marginalized individuals, including education, healthcare, and livelihood support.
• Community Engagement -
  Building strong community relationships through social, cultural, and environmental activities that promote unity and social cohesion.

Document, safeguard, and pass on traditional practices, customs, music, art, and crafts to future generations. Develop educational programs, exhibitions, and publications to raise awareness about the significance and value of folk culture. Foster a sense of belonging and pride among community members through active participation in cultural events, festivals, and activities. Facilitate cultural exchange programs, workshops, and collaborations with other communities, locally and globally, to promote cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.
